BIKER FESTIVAL

THE 23RD ANNUAL BURAPA BIKERS FESTIVAL WEEK will once again be held as a 3 day event at the Chayapreuk Stadium just outside Pattaya on the 13th, 14th and 15th of February.
The theme this year is ‘Shadow Of Love’ meaning that we are all brothers and sisters together, no matter what race, religion or bikers group colours, all living together in each others shadow.
This concept of peace and love has been nurtured by the overall organiser of every yearly event, Khun Jumin, (pictured on the front cover with entertainment organiser Richie Rhodes). The event welcomes families and anyone who wants to experience the nearest thing in the world to ‘Woodstock’.
The Burapa Bike Week brings together biker groups from all over S.E. Asia and is the largest event of it’s kind. Rock bands playing on the two festival size stages, Native Indian shows, merchant stalls and a host of surprise happenings make this the most unique event on the Pattaya calender.
Entrance to all 3 days is completely free of charge and is an opportunity not to be missed.
This year there will be performances from blues/rock legend Charlie Brechtel (USA), George Gakis (Greece), Stuart Craig (UK), Deepest Purple (Sweden), Goober Gun (UK), Mud Pie South (USA & Sweden), Electric Stones (Thailand) and many more.
There will be warm up gigs by many of these bands earlier in the Bike Week, prior to the 3 day festival, at Harrys Bar, Hooters, Vickan’s and the Blue Lagoon.
