For 888 Villas Park, the project has a total value of over 2,000 million baht, which is the construction of 3 and 4-story villas, totaling 24 units and 8-storey condominiums, 4 buildings, 664 units and a large swimming pool, plus a common area for more than 13 rai in the heart of Pattaya in Central Pattaya economic area.
Curnently, there are totaling of 24 villas and all had been sold out before the construction starts. The completion is scheduled for this part in next year 2021, and condominiums have more than 25% of customers, although there haven’t officially launched yet.
