Police stop and fined a bar for using a high pressure jet washer to spray water during this years Songkran celebrations in Pattaya, after injury complaints. This is another example how Songkran in Pattaya has really become a week of craziness instead of the fun and beautiful Thai New Year. Let’s hope that the city fathers and authorities do something next year to save the real Songkran. The bar was not named.
