FPV THANK YOU PARTY
On Tuesday 8 January at 19.00 pm. a big thank you party will take place for the many Foreign Police Assistants at the trendy THE ROOF Bar & Restaurant located on the top (3) floor at The Avenue Shopping Mall on Pattaya Second Road. This project has been in action for 17 years initiated by the Commissioner of Region 2 of the national police force. Over the time between 50 to 100 foreigners from more than 20 nationalities has been working with the Royal Thai Police in many locations like Pattaya Police Station, Nongprue Police Station, Banglamung Police Station, Na Jomtien Police Station and on Pattaya Walking Street. It has been widely misunderstood that these foreigners police people was a part of the Tourist Police volunteers, they are not, but highly trained to assist the Thai Police in cases involving foreigners. VIP guests representing the various police stations, the District Chief of Banglamung and the Mayor of Pattaya will attend the thank you party and perform speeches as well as presenting certificates of appreciation to the foreign officers, who have performed exceptional service in the passed year.
