Before the evening Movers And Shakers event, sponsors ‘Palm Bay 1’ had it’s launch party to herald the start of sales at the luxury showroom on Thappraya Road. A mix of invited guests and onlookers together with VIPs from City Hall witnessed the ribbon cutting heralding the new ‘Palm Bay’ modern condo block.
The company owner Louis Lee revealed to Pattaya People’s Barry Upton that it was no secret that their main target market was the Chinese investor. As Louis has been a resident of Pattaya for twenty years, he said that the good communication he has built up with City Hall during this time has been vital to getting this project off the ground and respecting the legal rules is so important.
The “Palm Bay 1” luxury condo will be a41 storey building located on Thapraya Road near Third Road, There will be 378 apartments, facilities include big swimming pool, sauna, Finnish bath, Japanese hot springs, sea view gym, garden with kids playground, restaurant and sky bar, keycard access, internet and WI-FI.
