GROWLING SWAN-KING NAGA G.C. – 29th OCTOBER, 2018

GROWLING SWAN-KING NAGA G.C. – 29th OCTOBER, 2018
“Here came The Judge” well you’ve all waited for it!
Sorry Alex saw a sign as we were on our way home (as in a directional sign) and it reads “King’s Naga Golf Course!”
A fine turnout of fifteen enthusiastic golfers, not at all bad for a Monday. Again not sure what we will get, the rain has been plentiful and given this course is in close proximity we could very well be playing “No Carts on Course.”
Well everything worked in our favor, the course was a little wet in places so we went for LC&P, Lift clean and place on fairways to the Green! Carts were allowed on course. Within an hour of starting there was absolutely no sign of water at all on the course. The course was in good nic although there was very little run, greens were fine and the bunkers were a little firm, and that of course that is to do with the rain.
As we were preparing to tee off a group of dogs appeared on the first Tee Box, one dog made his way out of the pack and he had something in his mouth. The ever inquisitive Bernie McCart headed over to see what it had. You would not believe he had a bottle of Champagne with Stuarts name on it I could not believe that this was the dog that Casa saved last month. I have since spoken to National Geographic and they said, “This is not news it happens all the time.” Well if I had not seen it I certainly would not have believed it!
Back to the golf! Well it was Eric Black that just piped Ian Ward at the post, yes we had to go to the Count Back to separate these two. So it was The Judge that took first place with Ian Ward coming in second with thirty seven points. Third was Mashi Kaneta, with his playing partner Gordon Clegg taking fourth placing on the podium.
WINNERS FROM KING’S NAGA.

Alex set D-For out amongst the throng to collect for the needy of Pattaya with the last school we put water into we have gone over the Half Million Baht. A great achievement from all concerned lets continue the great work done by all, A Fantastic Effort!
