A new Russian chef and a new Russian singer are featured at Flames, the BBQ restaurant in the beachside water park at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya.

Chef Sergei Antonov is preparing Russian specialities every evening in the Flames kitchen, while Roman Balachin is singing Russian and international songs every Friday and Saturday, from 18.00 to 23.00 hrs.

Russian dishes prepared by Chef Sergei include solyanka piquant soup, pelmenis dumplings stuffed with beef and pork, beef stroganoff, and chicken Kiev. Also on the menu are Australian prime steaks, Canadian fresh lobster, Tasmanian salmon, oysters, salads, and more.

At Flames the style is informal. Pick from a variety of fresh seafood and tender meat cuts that are barbecued by chefs at the surrounding grill pits, or if you prefer, do it yourself with a little expert help on the side.
