BLOCKED DRAINS AND WATER WAYS
The Banglamung District Chief Khun Narit Niramaiyawong presented 62 survival bags to people affected by flooding after the recent heavy rain. He also ordered a digger truck to clean up water ways and the canal on the east side of the railway to assure the water from the flooding could to run into the canal. Flooding is a problem every year in the rain season and a lot is done to avoid the blocking of drains and waterways from weeds, tree branches and rubbish.
