HONEST TAXI DRIVER
A honest Pattaya taxi driver handed over a black and grey bag containing cash and valuables of a total amount of more than 200,000 baht. On 19. March Mrs. Natenapa Boonmema a Pattaya taxi driver was cruising down Pattaya Beach Road looking for customers when two Arab tourists stopped her taxi in front of Holiday Inn Hotel and asked her to take them to Suwanabhumi Airport in Bangkok. She told them that she had to switch them to another taxi going to the airport, but as they were in a rush they forgot the bag on the floor at the bag of the seat in the taxi. When the bag was found the content showed that the owner was Mr. Alsahuaibi Mohammed Sulaiman, a 25 year old Dubai national. There were several items in the bag, like flight tickets, 3,100 US dollars and other cash and two iPhones, all together at a value of more than 200,000 baht. The Dubai man was notified and came back from the airport to claim the bag, give a big hug to the honest taxi driver and gave her 300 US dollars as a thank you for her good deed.
