A four-course Italian set menu for two, in the romantic surroundings of Acqua Italian restaurant at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya is the perfect Valentine’s Day date for you and your special person.
Dinner begins with paper-thin slices of Wagyu beef carpaccio, followed by a rich soup of creamed pumpkin and truffle. For your main course, choose from a fillet of seabass with Italian white beans, or a pan-roasted breast of duck with a Marsala wine sauce. A sweet ending is provided with mousse of mascarpone cheese and cream fraiche with crushed wild berries. Price is THB 1,290++ per person
