SELECTED ITALIAN COLD CUTS AND CHEESES AT ACQUA
Acqua, at Centara Grand Mirage Beach Resort Pattaya, has a counter with a special selection of Italian smoked and cured meats, and Italian regional cheeses, available throughout January.
The meats include speciality items such as the dry salami soppressata, the air-dried salted beef bresaoloa, the pork cold-cut coppa, the Bologna pork sausage mortadella, and the savoury, fatty, roasted pork porchetta.
The cheese selection includes Asiago, from the Alpine region, Gorgonzola, from Milan, Fontina, from the Aosta Valley, Provolone, from the slopes of Vesuvius, and Taleggio, whose recipe has been known since Roman times.
Condiments and breads accompany the cold cuts and cheeses.
