PÉTANQUE TOURNAMENT
Charity Pétanque Tournament at Rotary Club Pattaya Marina
14th March at Nine Rai Pétanque Field located on Soi Korpai, Rotary Club Pattaya Marina, Doctor Michel Roche (President of Rotary Club Pattaya Marina) presided over the grand opening of the Charity Pétanque Tournament at Rotary Club Pattaya Marina.
Many Rotary members, Pétanque players and other guests were present to raise funds for the HHN Foundation (Human Help Network Foundation Thailand).
Pattaya People Media Group Chairman Mr. Niels Colov and his wife Mrs. Pooky also joined the tournament where each participant paid 200 baht for a ticket to join the game and to help some of the children who benefit from the HHN Foundation play too.
After the game, members and associates enjoyed a complimentary dinner.
It is hoped that the money raised from the event will be able to pay for a new washing machine for the foundation which will be presented in a ceremony on March 20th.
