ILLEGAL BILLBOARDS
Pattaya City holds meeting to organize billboards in the city
2ND March 2017 – Mr. Apichat Weerapal, presided over a meeting to discuss the organization of billboards in Pattaya city.
As Pattaya is one of the major tourist destinations in Thailand, tourist’s safety is always a primary concern and it has been reported that several billboards have not been erected as per code and may not be safe particually the ones that have been fixed there for a long period of time.
In certain spots, some billboards are considered illegal, these illegal billboards must be erected as per the Ministry of Interior rules and regulations.
