HONEST TAXI
28th December 2016, Pol. Col. Apichai Krobpetch (Director of Pattaya City Police Station) led Mr. Prasert Thipdong (age 61) a taxi driver who found the wallet of a foreign tourist help to return it back to Mr. Tong Kit Hang Augustine from Hong Kong.
There was 162,500 baht in cash in the wallet.
Mr. Prasert said, he drove Mr. Tong from Centara Grand to Harbor Mall. Later in the morning he found Mr. Tongs wallet in his taxi so he decided to coordinated with police to return it back to Mr. Tong.
Mr. Tong said he is very happy that he got his wallet back and would like thank Mr. Prasert for his honesty.
