HOOKAH SELLER ARRESTED
23rd November 2016, Pol.Col. Kongsak Boonsuesuwan (Director of Chonburi Provincial Police Station) assigned Pol.Lt.Col. Parinyaa Dechthamrith and Pol.Maj. Kirk Anant to arrest Mr. Supachai Sommee (age 19) from Srakaew who was working as manager at ASMA Coffee Shop on Soi Yen Sabai, Southen Pattaya, Moo 10, Nongprue, Banglamung, Chonburi.
Officers arrested the man because he was selling hookah for 250 – 300 baht to foreigner tourists which is illegal.
Officers arrested him along with evidence of 51 hookah pipes and 1,800 baht of hookah tobacco.
