On Friday October 25th District 3340 Governor Maruay Jinatabanditwong signed the official Interact Certification form for the Pattaya United Interact Club.
He also presented Charter President Nastya with a President Chain and official pins for the members.
The Pattaya United Interact Club consists of students of BPIS Burapa Pattanasart International School.
The club will be supported and guided by both Rotary Club Eastern Seaboard and and Rotary E-Club Dolphin Pattaya International. The certificate was already signed last week by RCES President Dieter Reigber and was now also signed by President Maneeya Engelking of the E-Club Dolphin Pattaya International. A joint committee will be formed, whereby PP Jan Abbink will be the Interact Advisor and Anders (Neo) Guldenskold will be the Committee Chair.
The Pattaya United Interact Club has already almost 30 members joining and they will focus on environmental projects and other issues in our community and beyond.
Interact is a Rotary-sponsored service club for young people. Made up of members ages 14-18 or secondary-school age, Interact gives young people an opportunity to participate in fun, meaningful service projects. Along the way, Interactors develop their leadership skills and initiative while meeting new friends.
