HAPPY BIRTHDAY CHAIRMAN
On 25. July the Chairman of Pattaya People Media Group Niels Colov had his 70 th birthday, but choose this year not to have any party, as he waits for the “sixth cycle” that is 72 years to have a big party. However the staff and close friends came to his office to celebrate him with a birthday cake, presents, opera songs and lots of fun. The absolute highlight of the afternoon was the opera performance of “It’s now or never” by Morgan “Rod Stewart” Kent and Barry Upton. Niels Colov was born in Denmark but has been living in Pattaya for more than 30 years. He is a media pioneer in our city, as he started the “Pattaya Mail” newspaper about 25 years ago, and “Pattaya People Radio 96FM”, the first professional radio station in our city. Pattaya People Media Group is now the leading cross media company in Pattaya and the eastern seaboard of Thailand with a 24/7 TV Channel, 3 radio stations, the Pattaya People News Magazine, multiple websites and a strong presence on social media platforms.
