GOLF REPORT
PATTAVIA GOLF COURSE – STABLEFORD.
It was that man Kissy again and Patrick Poussier!
Well we headed out of The Growling Swan for our journey to The Plantation Course, better known as Pattavia! Two buses and a few cars took the trek to one of our many great courses!
As usual this course was in pristine condition, fairways were clean and as per usual the greens were like you were putting on ice, in particular the front nine. This is a very good course and that is why we play here almost every month. We attacked the course from the white tees!
With twenty golfers we were playing two Flights with three placing’s in each.
A Flight saw Keith Buchanan fresh from his trip across the Gulf take the chocolates on his first venture back with us, 38 points did the trick for him. Second place went to Steve Younger, using his newly adjusted handicap. Third went to the count back, Denis Steele took that with an unfortunate Craig Duncan missing out.
B Flight saw Patrick Poussier take charge with and finish the day with a good score of 36 points. Second went to Gary Jones 2 shots clear of Alex Field finishing third on the podium.
