THAI AND RUSSION STEAL FROM HUNGARIAN
Pattaya Police announced the arrest of Russian citizen Vladimir Zhularev, age 26 and his Thai girlfriend Miss Parichat “Ann” Ninnon, age 25. They were charged with stealing a black-blue Yamaha Mio motorcycle from a Hungarian man, who had reported to the police that his motorcycle had been stolen at a condo located in Soi Watboonkanjanaram. The police had investigated the matter and watched CCTV footage and as such had been able to identify the perpetrators. Mr. Vladimir Zhularev was arrested in Soi 16 off Jomtien Beach Road and Miss Parichat was arrested in Soi 24 off South Pattaya Road. Both suspects was positively tested for drug use and the Russian man had also overstayed his visa.
