Charity ticket draw held for children’s foundation
On the 29th of April, the Pattaya People Radio Booth located on the ground floor of the Central Festival Pattaya Beach Mall held a raffle with proceeds going to the Father Ray Foundation.
The foundations vice president Fr. Dr. Pichan Michael Jaiseree was in attendance, as was the GM of the mall Mr. Sornchai Intarawichai and representatives of the Irish expat community in Pattaya.
Tickets for the draw were only 20 Baht and prizes included 50 St. Patrick’s Day t-shirts, 20 free dinner gift vouchers, 20 bicycles, 10 electrical items and 4 lucky people won a quarter of a Baht weight of gold.
The Father Ray Foundation which was heavily involved in the St. Patrick’s Day celebrations last March 17th, hosted the charity event to benefit nearly 900 deprived children, some with disabilities who are under the Foundation’s care.
