28 teenagers detained after police raid
Banglamung police led by superintendant Pol. Col. Jaktip Tharapantakul, raided a luxurious pool villa in Naklua following complaints from neighbours about teenagers partying there.
The youngsters, who were renting the property for 7,500 Baht per day, were using the villa to hold drug parties over the Songkran holidays which led to a noise complaint being made to the police.
At the scene, police found a 250cc bottle of the drug ketamine, along with other drug paraphernalia including needles and straws, all of which was taken into evidence by the police.
28 teenagers were detained in total, 16 males and 12 females, who will face legal proceedings following the results of urine tests.
